- Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy in any way with your purchase on delivery please contact us immediately so that we may deal with the situation promptly.
- Except where explicitly stated, all plants are supplied in a standard plastic pot which is generally orange or black. We have a selection of stylish and decorative pots and planters available for purchase which can be delivered with your order.
- All displayed prices include UK VAT (sales tax) at 20%, or 0% (zero rated) where appropriate. (Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU will not be charged VAT; prior to placing an order, the checkout page will display the untaxed prices once you have provided a shipping address. Please note that customs regulations prevent us from shipping plants to destinations outside of the UK.)
- Should you ever need to return something to us, please note that responsibility for the goods is yours until we receive them.
